GENERAL POLICY
At Mad Love, all sale items, discounted products, or items purchased using a coupon or gift voucher are final sale—meaning no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted. We recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing an order, especially during sales.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Have a size issue?
We’ve got you. If you’d like to request a size exchange, email us at madlove1530@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If reverse pickup is available for your PIN code, we’ll arrange a pickup from the same address.
A reverse pickup fee of ₹250 will be charged, payable by the customer.
If reverse pickup isn’t possible in your area, please ship the product back to us yourself with your name and contact number clearly labeled on the package.
Please note:
Exchanges are offered only for size-related issues.
Product-to-product exchanges are not allowed.
If your requested size is out of stock, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 30 days.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns once a product is sold.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know within 24 hours of delivery at madlove1530@gmail.com
We conduct thorough quality checks and record the packaging process to minimize such issues—but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right with a replacement using the fastest courier service possible.
To be eligible for a replacement:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
All tags and original packaging must be intact
A video of you opening the parcel for the first time is mandatory. Without this video, we may not be able to process your claim.
WHY EXCHANGES MAY BE DENIED
To keep our standards high and our processes fair, exchanges/returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:
If you don’t like the material, color, or fit (please read product descriptions carefully)
If the product is from our intimate wear section (e.g., swimwear)
If the product has been worn, washed, or altered
If you’re expecting perfect color matching—minor variations (10–12%) may occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography
If the item was purchased from our SALE section
CANCELLATION POLICY
Prepaid orders: Not eligible for cancellation.
COD orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

CREDIT NOTES
If your desired exchange size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note via email, valid for 30 days.
Make sure to use the credit in a single transaction.

Where do we ship internationally?
We ship to: US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan, and South Africa.
Please note:
Customs duties and local taxes are payable by the customer at the time of delivery
These charges must be cleared to receive your package from customs
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Delivery timeline: Approx. 15 working days from dispatch
There is a strict no-refund policy for international orders
