At Mad Love, we’re all about making your shopping experience effortless and empowering. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we’ve got you covered with easy exchanges to help you find your perfect fit.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in case of size issues or if the product isn’t quite what you expected.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• You must raise an exchange request within 2 working days of receiving your order

• Items must be shipped back to us by the customer (We currently do not offer reverse pickups)

Order Cancellation

Need to cancel your order?

• Cancellations are only accepted before the product is shipped

• Once shipped, the order is not eligible for cancellation
