DELIVERY PROCESS
A) How does delivery work?
Once you place an order on our website:
Your order is processed immediately by our system.
Items are quality-checked and securely packaged.
Your package is handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
It is then shipped directly to your delivery address.
If your delivery location is outside our serviceable areas, a member of the Mad Love team will get in touch with you to find the best alternative solution.
B) What’s the estimated delivery time?
We aim to deliver all orders within 15 working days. However, certain made-to-order items or external factors such as COVID-related delays may extend this timeline.
We process and ship orders from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or Mondays.
⚠️ Please note: During festivals, extreme weather, or political unrest, delivery may be further delayed. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
C) Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from Mad Love with a tracking ID. Simply use the Track Order feature on our website to check your order status in real-time.

A) Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to every corner of India.
B) Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all cities and towns in India, right to your doorstep.
C) What shipping options are available?
We currently offer Standard Shipping, which is available during checkout.
D) What are the shipping charges?
Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping*
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹180 (includes shipping & handling fees)
E) Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, you can choose COD and pay in cash when your order arrives.
F) Are there any additional COD charges?
Yes, COD orders incur a flat ₹180 fee, which covers shipping and processing.
G) How are the orders packaged?
We take extra care in packaging every item securely to avoid damage during transit. All orders are shipped in durable, protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
H) Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
However, if the order has already been shipped and you need to reroute it to a different address, we can do so at an additional fee of ₹150.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes, Mad Love offers international shipping to select countries.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will vary based on your location.
Any customs duties, taxes, or local sales charges are to be paid by the recipient. These fees must be cleared for the order to be released upon arrival in your country.
Please note: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
